Mr. Charles R. Oglesby serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Oglesby joined Asbury in 2002 as President of the North Point Automotive Group of Little Rock and in 2004 assumed the additional responsibility of the Nalley Automotive Group in Atlanta. He began his career as an Oldsmobile salesman and has held numerous management and ownership level positions at dealerships throughout the United States. Prior to joining North Point, he was president of the San Francisco-based First America Automotive, a 36-dealership group. Dealerships under Mr. Oglesby's management have earned some of the highest manufacturer's awards including Elite of Lexus, Toyota President's and Board of Governor's Awards, Honda President's Awards, Chrysler Five Star, and many more. He has served the automotive industry in a number of capacities including leadership roles on several Zone, Regional, and National Dealer Councils and Ad Associations. Mr. Oglesby is a native of Georgia and is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing. |

Mr. Craig Monaghan serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Monaghan joined Asbury in May 2008 after holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at Sears Holdings Corp. Prior to joining Sears, Mr. Monaghan served as Chief Financial Officer of AutoNation, Inc., the nation's largest automotive retailer. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of iVillage.com, which he helped take public in 1999. Earlier in his career, he was with Reader's Digest Association, Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and General Motors Corp. Mr. Monaghan holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, which he attended on a ROTC scholarship. After graduation, he completed his service in the United States Army, rising to the rank of Captain before returning to school and earning his M.B.A. at The Wharton School of Business. |

Mr. Michael S. Kearney serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Having joined Crown Automotive Group (North Carolina) in 1990 as Chief Financial Officer, he assumed the role of President and CEO in September 2000, and then President of Asbury’s Eastern Region (which includes North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida) in 2008. Crown, which has grown from 8 to 18 dealerships throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey and Virginia, merged with Asbury in 1998, and Mr. Kearney was one of the principals who was responsible for the public offering in 2002. Mr. Kearney received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and his Masters Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Ms. Elizabeth B. (Beth) Chandler serves as Vice President and General Counsel and secretary. Before joining Asbury, Ms. Chandler was the City Attorney for Atlanta, GA from 2006 to 2009 and brings over 20 years of transactional and governance experience. Between 2000 and 2006, Ms. Chandler served as Assistant General Counsel, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Mirant Corporation, a NYSE-listed global energy company. Previously, she was a partner with Troutman Sanders, LLP in its corporate group. Ms. Chandler holds both a BBA and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel; and served on the Board of Governors of the State Bar.

Mr. Phil Johnson serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Over the past 22 years, Mr. Johnson has held top human resources positions in large regional and national retail companies including Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Gimbels and Marshall Field's. In technology, he led the human resources function at Entex Information Services, a Desktop Systems Integrator and a subsidiary of Siemens AG. Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received his MBA and a BA in Industrial Engineering. |

Mr. George C. Karolis serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and Real Estate. Mr. Karolis is responsible for acquiring new dealerships and managing the Company’s real estate portfolio. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Karolis worked with Arthur Andersen in its transaction advisory services group in New York City where he provided transaction support for several large private equity groups and other large clients including Asbury Automotive Group. Mr. Karolis graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University in New Jersey and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Mr. Kenneth E. Jackson serves as Vice President of Regional Human Resources. With more than 15 years of Human Resources experience Mr. Jackson is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of Human Resource best practices in the platforms. Prior to joining Asbury, he has held Human Resources Management positions with NIKE, Inc. and Robinson-May Stores, a division of May Department Stores. Mr. Jackson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. |

Mr. Ronald J. Avallone serves as Vice President of Internal Audit and SOX Compliance responsible for Internal Auditing and Sarbanes-Oxley reporting compliance. Prior to joining the Company in August 2003, Mr. Avallone worked for 23 years in the corporate accounting and financial reporting office for ChevronTexaco. Mr. Avallone received his undergraduate and master degrees in accounting from Pace University. |

Mr. Matthew J. Mees serves Asbury as Vice President of Manufacturer Relations. Mr. Mees joined Asbury in June of 2002 following a seventeen-year career with DaimlerChrysler. Mr. Mees' responsibilities include facilitating the communication and building the relationship between our dealers, the manufacturers and Asbury's home office. He works closely with Asbury's acquisition team to identify opportunities for each of our Platforms as well as available dealerships through each of the manufacturers. His responsibilities also include understanding the policies and programs set forth by the OEM's. While at Chrysler Mr. Mees worked exclusively in their field organization and held various management and executive positions with responsibilities in Sales, Service, Parts and Marketing. Mr. Mees holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College. |

Mr. Keith Style serves as Vice President, Finance. Mr. Style’s primary responsibilities include establishing and directing Asbury’s communications with the buy-side and sell-side analyst community on Wall Street. In addition, Mr. Style is responsible for Asbury’s internal financial planning. Throughout his career at Asbury, Mr. Style has served in various capacities including Director of Budgeting and Forecasting and Assistant Controller. Mr. Style comes to Asbury from Sirius Satellite Radio, Inc., a leading satellite radio entertainment provider, where he served in the planning and controllership functions for more than five years. Prior to Sirius, Mr. Style was an auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Style holds a BA in Economics and Business from Lafayette College and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
