BMW Structure Recall

BMW has announced that 43 vehicles have been affected by a Structure recall.

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2020 X6 sDrive40i, xDrive40i, X6 M50i and X6M vehicles. The rear spoiler may not be appropriately bonded to its mounting plate.

An improperly bonded spoiler may detach while driving, increasing the risk of a crash or personal injury to other motorists on the road.

BMW Recall Structure

BMW will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the rear spoiler on the affected vehicles and replace them, if necessary, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin October 5, 2020. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.
