Chevrolet Instrument Panel Recall
Chevrolet has announced that 91399 vehicles have been affected by a Instrument Panel recall.
General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2019 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vehicles. The seatbelt-unfastened warning light will not illuminate for approximately five seconds after the ignition is moved to the on" or "start" position. As such
Without the seatbelt warning reminder, the driver may forget to fasten the seatbelt, increasing the risk of injury in the event of a crash.
Chevrolet Recall Instrument Panel
GM will notify owners, and dealers will reprogram the instrument panel cluster, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin October 3, 2019. Owners may contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-630-2438 or GMC customer service at 1-800-462-8782. GM's number for this recall is N192264500.
