Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class Ignition Recall
Mercedes-Benz has announced that 7 vehicles have been affected by a Ignition recall.
Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2020 CLA45 AMG vehicles equipped with 4-cylinder gasoline engines. Incorrect spark plugs may have been installed, which could come apart over time and cause engine damage.
Engine damage may result in an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash.
Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class Recall Ignition
MBUSA will notify owners, and dealers will replace the spark plugs, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin April 27, 2021. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372.
