Volkswagen Fuel Injection System Recall

Volkswagen has announced that 218192 vehicles have been affected by a Fuel Injection System recall.

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2016-2018 Jetta vehicles. The fuel rail bolts may become loose over time, allowing fuel to leak.

A fuel leak increases the risk of a fire.

The remedy is currently under development. The recall is expected to begin December 20, 2020. Owners may contact Volkswagen customer service at 1-888-241-2289. Volkswagen's number for this recall is 24Gi.
